As a Sr. Ops Engineer, you'll be responsible for driving continuous improvement in deployment cycle time and engineering design improvements. The role demands strong relationship-building skills and the ability to capture customer feedback. You'll manage complex cross-functional projects, influence deployment strategies, and own program execution across multiple sites.
The position is part of the MSP CX team that validates, deploys, and supports MSP solutions globally. Working across three pillars: Quality Assurance, Deployment & Ramp-up, and Support, you'll ensure maximum solution readiness and customer satisfaction. The role requires extensive travel (75% domestic, 5% international) and involves projects ranging from days to several months.
