Sr. Software Dev Engineer, Workforce Solutions - Transformative Tech

Our team is expanding rapidly and setting up new teams to build end-to-end hiring solutions on Native AWS from scratch. This role involves designing and implementing solutions that manage all phases of the hiring process, from job creation to Day 1 experience.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be part of a flexible team working out of Seattle or Arlington, focused on delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You'll collaborate with internal workforce staffing teams, data scientists, and other hiring systems to streamline and improve the hiring process through automation and innovation.

The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development, requiring expertise in system design, coding, and mentoring. Daily activities include participating in stand-ups, writing and reviewing code, monitoring system metrics, and contributing to team strategy. You'll work in an environment that values entrepreneurial spirit and tackles ambiguous problems in a fast-paced setting.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $151,300 to $261,500 based on location, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.
