As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be part of a flexible team working out of Seattle or Arlington, focused on delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You'll collaborate with internal workforce staffing teams, data scientists, and other hiring systems to streamline and improve the hiring process through automation and innovation.
