Sr. Software Development Engineer, AWS Hardware Engineering

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. The AWS Hardware Engineering team creates server designs for Amazon's innovative web services. As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will:

• Build and own the software stack responsible for improving security, performance, quality, and cost for next-generation CPU and Memory components used in servers across AWS
• Work with world-class software developers on creating innovative, scalable solutions for real-world data center infrastructure problems
• Build, validate, and support firmware in diverse technology domains from embedded software to large-scale distributed software systems
• Collaborate with engineers across AWS to develop software for the next-generation platform
• Have direct impact on bottom line and ability to deliver improvements for developers
