Sr. System Development Engineer, AWS Hardware Engineering

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. As a Senior System Development Engineer in the AWS Mainstream Compute team, you will build and own software services used to test, monitor quality, performance, and efficiency of server components across their lifecycle in AWS fleet. You'll work with world-class developers to create innovative, scalable solutions for data center infrastructure problems, from embedded software to large-scale distributed systems.

The role involves developing new and innovative services to validate, manage, and monitor critical components like CPUs, memory, and PCIe sub-systems in millions of AWS servers. You'll be part of the team that creates server designs for Amazon's innovative web services, working on designs that are industry-leading in frugality and operational excellence.
