Description For Support Engineer

Amazon Business is seeking a Support Engineer to join their Integration Support Operations team. This role is part of Amazon's rapidly expanding $25 billion global B2B business, focusing on innovative purchasing and procurement solutions. The position involves providing technical support for enterprise-scale customers using Amazon Business Integration technologies.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), eProcurement integrations, Single Sign-On systems, and REST API based integrations with strong customer service skills. You'll work at the intersection of technology and business, helping customers integrate their e-procurement systems with Amazon Business while ensuring access to a broader selection of products and sellers.

Key responsibilities include managing complex enterprise systems, handling high-severity incidents, becoming an expert in Amazon Business Integration Technologies, and working closely with product teams to improve services. You'll act as a trusted advisor to partners and serve as a technical communication bridge between external developers and internal product teams.

This role offers an opportunity to be part of a growing support organization where you'll influence the strategic direction of integration solutions and contribute to large-scale projects.
