The Compliance Shared Services (CoSS) organization at Amazon is seeking a Support Engineer to join their SPIDER (Streamlining Planning, Deployment and Post-Release) team. This role is crucial in managing the technical infrastructure and tools that proactively identify and resolve issues impacting Selling Partners. The position combines engineering development support, customer service enhancement, and business decision-making support through data analysis.

As a Support Engineer, you'll be part of a world-class team that blends systems and software engineering expertise.
