Amazon's Maintenance Automation Platform (MAP) team is seeking a Support Engineer II to join their global Operational Excellence team. This role is crucial in managing billions of data points from sensors and actuators within Amazon's Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) enterprise. The position involves working with cutting-edge automation and machine learning systems in one of the world's largest fulfillment networks.

The role combines software development and technical support, focusing on deploying and maintaining software solutions that bridge low-level automation systems with cloud infrastructure. This initiative is part of Amazon's Industry 4.0 transformation, aimed at improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness across installations.

As a Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for testing and deploying software solutions, providing 24/7 customer support, and managing technical issues.
