Description For Support Engineer II, Selling Partner Experience, Selling Partner Experience

The Selling Partner Experience team in Hyderabad (SPEx Hyd) supports key business and tech initiatives of the Selling Partner Services org. The team works on ensuring fee accuracy for Selling Partners, identifying financial risks, supporting seller qualification, improving customer experience, and launching new product categories globally. The role involves working with a team of engineers, analysts, and quality specialists to develop scalable solutions for listing projects and process automation. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work with multiple technologies, and excellent communication abilities. You'll be responsible for maintaining high-quality systems that operate 24/7 at massive scale, directly impacting customers. The role involves coordination between Development, Operations, and IT Support groups, offering broad exposure to various aspects of Amazon's technical infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys tackling ambiguous problems and has a passion for learning about Amazon's diverse toolset and its impact on Customers and Selling Partners.
