Description For Support Engineer III, Cross Border Support Team

Amazon Exports & Expansion (AEE) Tech team is seeking a Support Engineer III to join their Cross Border Support Team. This role is crucial in leveraging and developing technologies to enhance global collaboration and efficiency.

The position involves working directly with business teams to provide support for existing applications, gather requirements, and improve processes. You'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining solutions, while collaborating with technical teams to ensure effective design integration with tools like Laserfiche ECM, Concur, and custom-developed applications across various platform stacks.

As a Support Engineer III, you'll:

  • Drive operational excellence goals for Global store services
  • Own OE goals for specific services/modules
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert within the team
  • Handle availability risks and peak readiness activities
  • Perform infrastructure and pipeline maintenance
  • Troubleshoot issues and create streamlined SOPs
  • Build automations to improve operational efficiency

The AEE Tech team focuses on expanding Amazon's footprint to new countries by offering the best Amazon experience with localized delivery, selection, and convenience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of Amazon's international marketplace expansion.
