  • Own deployments, automation, scaling, and solving operations with software services
  • Identify and resolve issues
  • Automate and improve repetitive processes
  • Work closely with development team to identify operational needs
  • Drive prioritization of operational issues
  • Mitigate policy engine, Software Risks, Shepherd risks
  • Resolve deployment failures
  • Handle SOP based standard arc launches
  • Implement Ticket Reduction Plan
  • Write scripts or simple automation jobs

Requirements For Support Engineer III, CrossBorder

Java
  • 2+ years of software development or technical support experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • Experience in Unix
