Amazon's Supply Chain Tech team is seeking a Support Engineer to join their Japan Store Tech division. This role combines technical support and software development responsibilities, focusing on supporting Amazon's cross-border carrier partnerships and global seller operations. As a Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading technical support activities for Amazon's partnered cross-border carriers and helping deliver high-quality software solutions for Amazon Global Sellers. The role involves technical onboarding support, configuration management, quality assurance, and operational support to ensure service quality meets Amazon's high standards.

Requirements For Support Engineer, Japan Store Tech

  • Experience working with REST API based services, XML, JSON
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • Bachelor degree in engineering or science majors
  • Pass CET6 or demonstrate equivalent English capability
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Basic Linux / Java development knowledge
  • Familiar with JSON, Rest API, XML, Web (JS, HTML, CSS)
