Description For Support Engineer, Japan Store Tech

Amazon's Supply Chain Tech team is seeking a Support Engineer to join their Japan Store Tech division. This role combines technical support and software development responsibilities, focusing on supporting Amazon's cross-border carrier partnerships and delivering quality software solutions for Amazon Global Sellers.

The position sits within the Amazon CN Supply Chain Excellence team, part of the greater Japan Store Tech global software development group. The team's mission is to create innovative features that enhance the supply chain experience, focusing on faster delivery speeds, lower operational costs, broader selections, and improved selling partner satisfaction.

As a Support Engineer, you'll lead technical support activities for Amazon's partnered cross-border carriers and contribute to software quality assurance. The role requires strong communication skills to work effectively with global teams and partners. You'll be responsible for maintaining carrier configurations, monitoring performance, and occasionally developing software solutions independently.

Requirements For Support Engineer, Japan Store Tech
