AWS is launching its first European Sovereign Cloud (ESC), a major milestone in Utility Computing. This role is part of the AWS Managed Operations team, focusing on building and leading operations for high-availability AWS services including EC2, S3, Dynamo, Lambda, and Bedrock for EU customers. Requirements For Support Engineer, Managed Operations

Linux
  • Experience working with technical support problems across technology domains
  • Understanding and experience with Linux operating systems

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting system performance issues
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Legal right to work in Germany
