Responsibilities For Support Engineer, SFT

  • Follow tech SOP for completing projects/onboarding tasks
  • Write code for small tasks and issue rectification
  • Debug minor issues in services
  • Handle production deployment and sanity checks
  • Reassign TTs to appropriate teams following SOP
  • Write automation scripts for common issues
  • Work with AWS services like Lambda, SQS, DDB

Requirements For Support Engineer, SFT

Python
Linux
  • 1+ years of software development or technical support experience
  • Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
  • Experience with modern programming languages
  • Computer Science degree or 1 year relevant experience
  • Strong in at least one scripting language
  • Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
