Join Amazon's Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) team as a Support Engineer where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customers have a trustworthy shopping experience on Amazon's platform. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and improving self-service software products called Paramount workflows. The role combines technical expertise with business process optimization, requiring collaboration with multiple teams including Operations, Product Managers, and Software Engineers.

The TSE team focuses on maintaining catalog integrity, ensuring policy compliance, supporting quality sellers, and protecting customers through the A-to-z Guarantee. You'll work on eliminating catalog defects, ensuring listing compliance, and helping customers find reliable selling partners. The position requires strong technical skills in automation, process design, and software development, along with the ability to work with cutting-edge technology including Large Language Models.

As a Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for analyzing operational processes, developing technical solutions, and working cross-functionally to improve Amazon's marketplace experience. You'll need to demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills while working with various stakeholders to implement effective solutions that benefit both customers and sellers.

  • Engage with operations, product, development, and program stakeholders to document requirements

  • Deep dive technical product or operational issues to propose and implement solutions
  • Develop efficient solutions through low and medium complexity code implementations
