Responsibilities For System Dev Engineer, Kuiper Satellite Release management
- Own setting the bar for the performance of satellite control software and improving reliability
- Design and develop hardware test-bed for software validation prior to space deployment
- Scale manual processes to fully automated software-driven processes
- Create and implement automated processes to increase efficiency and scalability
- Provide on-shift support for critical issues
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth roll-out of new processes and build systems
- Create and review documentation and processes
Requirements For System Dev Engineer, Kuiper Satellite Release management
- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development testing experience
- 1+ years of test automation frameworks and tools building experience
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylum seeker due to export control laws
