Description For System Development Engineer II

Amazon's Trust and Safety team is seeking a System Development Engineer II to join their mission of preserving trust in Amazon's platform. This role focuses on identifying and removing bad actors while maintaining an excellent customer experience. The position combines systems development, automation, and fraud prevention at massive scale.

The ideal candidate will work with a talented technical team including SDEs, SDETs, and Programmer Analysts to develop and maintain robust automation frameworks. They will be responsible for implementing functional, performance, and API-level testing while setting high standards for automation at scale.

This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge machine learning and data collection systems to make real-time decisions about payment fraud at Amazon's global scale.
