Systems Development Engineer, Pyxis

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented Systems Development Engineer for the Pyxis team to help implement innovative cloud computing solutions and maintain the world's largest cloud infrastructure. This role combines development, operations, networking, and systems engineering expertise to support AWS Builder Tools for government customers. The position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

As a Systems Development Engineer, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment where you'll investigate and solve complex technical problems, maintain critical cloud infrastructure, and develop new ways to improve operations. You'll be part of the Utility Computing (UC) organization, supporting foundational services like S3 and EC2, while working alongside industry-recognized Amazon distinguished engineers.
