Description For Customer Success Engineer (Continuous Improvement Consultant)

Amper is hiring a Customer Success Engineer (Continuous Improvement Consultant) for their growing team. This role involves onboarding and educating customers on using Amper's product to improve factory operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring customer retention, developing strong relationships, providing product training, relaying product feedback, and working cross-functionally with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of Manufacturing Engineering/Continuous Improvement Experience or Customer Success experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of lean manufacturing practices. Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with customers to increase satisfaction and product usage
  • Understand customer business objectives and identify opportunities for Amper to help
  • Provide product trainings and consultations as a manufacturing expert
  • Onboard new customers and guide them through their Amper journey
  • Host regular check-in meetings and executive reviews
  • Work cross-functionally to triage customer questions

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of Manufacturing Engineering/Continuous Improvement Experience OR Customer Success experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma (preferred)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new technical products and become an industry expert
  • Experience with CRM or relevant management software
  • Analytical skills, especially for root cause analysis
  • Ability to work with limited resources
  • Experience with online meeting platforms
