Senior SoC Power Analysis and Optimization Engineer

AWS Utility Computing (UC) is seeking a Senior SoC Power Analysis and Optimization Engineer to join Annapurna Labs, a crucial part of Amazon Web Services. This role combines hardware engineering expertise with software development, focusing on developing advanced processors for Amazon Cloud infrastructure. The position involves working with state-of-the-art processor technology and engaging in complete chip development cycles, from initial architecture through post-silicon analysis.

Annapurna Labs, acquired by AWS in 2015, has been instrumental in developing key AWS technologies including Nitro technology, AWS Graviton processors, and ML Inferentia & Trainium. The team is responsible for building custom chips, accelerators, and software stacks that power AWS's cloud infrastructure.
