Description For ASIC Test Engineer, Annapurna Silicon Operations

Annapurna Labs, part of AWS Utility Computing, is seeking a semiconductor test engineer to work on silicon development for advanced machine learning accelerator servers. The role combines traditional ATE platform experience with modern server testing requirements.

The position involves creating low DPPM product-lines that form the foundation of AWS servers. Beyond structural testing, you'll work with mission profile testing, external controlling ICs, server management software, and virtualized machines. The role requires both hardware and software development skills, particularly in test environments.

  • General tool development support
  • Build high-impact solutions to deliver to our large customer base
  • Participate in design discussions, code review, and communicate with stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally to help drive business decisions with technical input

Requirements For ASIC Test Engineer, Annapurna Silicon Operations

  • Bachelor's In Electrical engineering or Computer Science
  • 2+ years of experience in C/C++ and/or Microsoft VBA/VBT and terminal shell environments
  • 2+ years on Advantest 93K, Teradyne IGXL based testers or other system level testers
