AWS Annapurna Labs develops cutting-edge silicon solutions for machine learning accelerator servers, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in cloud computing. As an HBM ASIC Test Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of semiconductor testing, working with advanced ATE platforms to ensure extremely low DPPM in our product line. The role specifically focuses on High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) DRAM interface and memory stack testing, including SOC phy training and optimization.
You'll work on multiple testing phases - from ATE testing to mission profile testing on SLT and full server deployment. The position requires deep understanding of interface calibration, training modes, and quality metrics like eye diagrams and timing margins. You'll collaborate with vendors on production testing patterns and develop strategies for lifetime testing and repair as devices age.
The role combines traditional semiconductor testing with modern server architecture knowledge, offering a unique opportunity to work on both hardware and software aspects. You'll be part of AWS Utility Computing (UC), which provides foundational services like Amazon S3 and EC2, consistently innovating in cloud technology.
