AIML - Staff Machine Learning Engineer(Search and Knowledge Quality), Siri and Information Intelligence

The Siri and Information Intelligence team at Apple is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join their prestigious Search and Knowledge Quality Team. As a Staff ML Engineer, you'll be working in one of the most dynamic high-performance computing environments, handling petabytes of data and millions of queries per second. You'll collaborate with world-renowned experts in large-scale data management, machine learning systems, and knowledge extraction, focusing on question answering, assistant response ranking, summarization, and search technologies.

The role involves designing and developing cutting-edge features for platforms involving large-scale data management, machine learning, and deep learning systems applied to graph data, web documents, and both semi-structured and unstructured data feeds. You'll work alongside a diverse team of applied scientists and distributed systems engineers to shape upcoming Apple products.

Key responsibilities include:

Required qualifications include 15+ years of industry experience, strong programming skills in languages like Python, Go, and C++, and extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and large-scale data processing. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in Computer Science or related field and experience with search, knowledge graphs, and modern AI technologies including large language models.
