Description For ASIC Design and Integration Engineer

As a member of our hardware team, you will work on ASIC design and integration, focusing on memory system architectures and high-performance computing solutions. You'll be responsible for developing sophisticated memory hierarchies, conducting architecture research, and optimizing system performance.

The role involves working with cutting-edge technology in memory subsystems, including DRAM controller design, PHY architecture, and interface calibration mechanisms. You'll collaborate with performance teams to develop and implement solutions that push the boundaries of hardware technology.

Responsibilities For ASIC Design and Integration Engineer

  • Drive new memory system architectures from DRAM up
  • Explore architecture and feature trade-offs in system performance, area, and power consumption
  • Develop memory hierarchies for high performance parallel computer architectures (system-on-a-chip SOC)
  • Work with performance team to develop performance/power simulators, models and test suites

Requirements For ASIC Design and Integration Engineer

  • Bachelor's Degree + 3 Years of Experience
  • Experience in ASIC design
  • Experience with RTL/micro-architecture
  • Knowledge of high-performance memory subsystem
  • Systems experience in characterizing performance
  • Experience with architecture research and/or development of memory systems
