As a member of Apple's GPU Design team, you will be responsible for developing power-efficient, high-performance 3D graphics processor micro-architectures targeted for low power mobile devices and high-performance personal computers used by millions daily.
The role involves delivering high-quality, low-power graphics IP that meets performance, timing, and area goals while exploring design trade-offs and exercising rigorous design principles. You'll contribute to pioneering micro-architectural specifications and collaborate closely with multi-functional teams in architecture, validation, modeling, and physical design.
Key qualifications include a BS degree with 5+ years of relevant industry experience, strong background in GPU/CPU architectures, expert knowledge in System Verilog HDL and logic design, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with GPU components like Schedulers, Execution Units, and Texture/Pixel Units.
