Description For Graphics (GPU) Performance Analysis Architect

As a GPU Performance Analysis Architect in the GPU Performance Analysis team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of Apple's GPU architectures.

The role involves working closely with architecture, design, and software partners to analyze, tune, and debug Apple's future GPU architectures. You'll be responsible for developing comprehensive performance test plans, conducting detailed analysis of performance issues, and proposing innovative hardware solutions to enhance GPU performance.

Your expertise will be essential in developing sophisticated tools for measuring and improving GPU performance, as well as validating the functionality and quantifying the performance benefits of various hardware and software implementations. This position requires a deep understanding of computer architecture, GPU technologies, and programming expertise in languages like Python, C, and C++.

Responsibilities For Graphics (GPU) Performance Analysis Architect

  • Developing performance test plans to validate GPU performance

Requirements For Graphics (GPU) Performance Analysis Architect

Python
  • Experience in computer architecture
  • Experience innovating new GPU architecture, hardware or software features to improve performance
  • Experience in GPU performance analysis
  • Experience in programming with OpenGL/CL and/or Metal API
  • Programming skills in Python, C and C++
  • BS + minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience
