We are passionate about exploring new ideas using whatever tools help us make something tangible. Most often, we choose to modify or extend Apple's existing software using Objective-C or Swift. But we're open to using the best tools that help us learn: design tools, prototyping apps, ML, etc.
For big ideas to work, we focus on pieces of experience that must feel great and enabling technologies we need to build. Software is our primary tool to bring concepts to life on our devices. We collaborate directly with other teams across the company to leverage expertise and share our work for feedback. Through this process, fuzzy notions evolve into tangible, innovative ideas that can shape the future of software on our devices.
The role requires strong communication skills as our products serve multiple purposes - prototype, proof of concept, and sales pitch. The ability to empathize with different perspectives and effectively give and receive feedback is crucial. We're looking for a creative, learning-oriented, collaborative individual who can help us explore future possibilities while maintaining Apple's high standards for user experience and technical excellence.
