The role involves leading the integration of inductive technology into products, working closely with multiple discipline teams including architecture, firmware, system EE, silicon, noise and vibration, safety, thermal, reliability, operations, and regulatory teams. You'll be developing wireless power systems, meeting high standards for analysis and manufacturing, and working cross-functionally to ensure all specifications and requirements are met.
Key responsibilities include writing requirements and specifications, defining factory tests, performing failure analysis, and guiding algorithm development. The ideal candidate brings strong EE fundamentals in both analog and digital design, experience with power electronics, and solid skills in modeling and data analysis.
