Product Engineer - Custom Silicon Management

Apple's Silicon Technologies group is seeking a dynamic CSM Product Engineer to join their Product Quality and Reliability team. This role focuses on driving IC component readiness for mass production and analyzing complex problems related to analog and digital ICs.

As part of the team, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing and manufacturing next-generation, high-performance, power-efficient processors and system-on-chip (SoC)
• Ensuring Apple products can efficiently handle critical tasks
• Creating technology that powers Apple's devices
• Driving product development including characterization, correlation, and GR&R
• Performing data analysis and fault isolation for root cause determination
• Collaborating with design, process, and test engineers
• Defining production screening specifications
• Conducting statistical analysis on mass data sets
• Implementing yield analyses and correlation analyses
• Managing characterization plans and reports
