Description For Radio Integration Engineer

Apple's wireless silicon development team is seeking a Radio Integration Engineer to join their wireless SOC organization. This role focuses on all aspects of wireless silicon development, emphasizing highly energy-efficient design and new technologies that transform the user experience at the product level.

The position involves working with custom hardware accelerators and ARM-based sub-systems, integrating both industry standard and custom hardware IP into SoCs. You'll collaborate closely with SoC architects and IP developers to create solutions that meet power, performance, and area goals for Apple devices.

Key responsibilities include developing digital modules within RFIC, working on SPI, calibration engines, high-speed digital front-end blocks, and digital control systems. You'll be involved in designing digital blocks for RF circuits like ADPLL, digital transmitters, and receivers.

Requirements For Radio Integration Engineer

Linux
  • BS and 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Detailed knowledge of ASIC design flow, synthesis, static timing analysis, scripting, and netlist generation
  • Experience with Digital Mixed Signal design
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience working in high-energy multi-disciplined engineering environment
  • Excellent debugging skills
