Apple's Analog Mixed-Signal (AMS) Team is seeking a talented SerDes Micro Architect to drive the development of next-generation IPs. This role focuses on defining the Micro Architecture of analog mixed-signal IPs, particularly in SERDES design, which will be instrumental in Apple silicon development for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch products.
The position involves reviewing firmware code, analyzing analog and digital circuits, and ensuring designs meet performance requirements. You'll collaborate with silicon evaluation and design verification teams to define expected behavior and lead debug efforts in system bring-up and factory testing. Working closely with signal integrity engineers, you'll help determine system requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in a technical discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and experience in firmware or embedded software development would be advantageous.
