Sr. Data Engineer, iCloud

As a Sr. Data Engineer at iCloud, you'll be responsible for engineering efficient, adaptable and scalable data pipelines to process structured and unstructured data. You'll own and evolve extremely rich datasets on iCloud products and platform interactions to power a wide variety of use cases. The role involves building forward-looking data solutions that interface well with existing systems and using judgment to bring cutting edge technologies to suit iCloud needs.

You'll work with Spark and other distributed data technologies, utilizing your expertise in languages like Java, Python, or Scala. Your deep understanding of Data Principles, Architecture, and Modeling will be crucial as you develop solutions that process and analyze data at massive scale. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leading high-level discussions on technology strategy and approach.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience with distributed data technologies, strong SQL skills, and familiarity with cloud resources. You should be a strong problem solver with meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
