Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with internal CAD team for production flows and foundry on PDK requirements
• Collaborate with technology team on new process requirements
• Implement digital blocks in Verilog/SystemVerilog
• Apply data analysis and Machine Learning for circuit optimization

The position offers a competitive base salary range of $165,500 - $293,800, plus additional benefits including comprehensive medical/dental coverage, retirement benefits, stock programs, and education reimbursement.

Required Qualifications:

• BS degree with 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• 5+ years in Library Characterization and related areas
• Strong experience with timing modeling and custom macros
• Expertise in Design For Test and RTL
• Proficiency in Python/TCL/Perl for flow automation
• Deep understanding of device physics and foundry processes
