Description For Cloud Infrastructure Software Engineer

Applied Intuition, a leading vehicle intelligence company, is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their EpiSci division on the Applied Gov team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of tactical autonomy software deployment at scale.

The position involves designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure that enables the delivery of mission-critical autonomy solutions. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, and modern infrastructure-as-code tools while collaborating with both DevOps and autonomy engineering teams. The role requires deep expertise in cloud architecture and experience with major cloud providers, particularly AWS and AWS GovCloud.

As part of the team, you'll be responsible for managing containerized application deployments, ensuring security compliance with U.S. government requirements, and implementing cost-effective cloud solutions. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive base salary ($100,000-$190,000), equity opportunities, and full health coverage.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of cloud infrastructure experience, strong knowledge of containerization and microservices architecture, and a background in security controls implementation. This role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain security clearance, reflecting the position's importance in supporting national security initiatives.
