Apriora is building the future of hiring. We conduct job interviews in real-time with an AI recruiter. Companies use us to get the best hiring signal on their applicant pool and hire in a fraction of the time. Our AI recruiter has a live conversation over a video call with each candidate based on chosen or recommended interview questions. During the interview, our AI asks personalized follow-up questions in real-time based on candidate responses.

Technical Stack & Responsibilities:

• Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js
• Backend: Python with FastAPI, focus on concurrency
• Infrastructure: Azure, Kubernetes, Docker
• Additional skills: System Architecture, Frontend Design (Figma), ML/DL experience

Key Technical Challenges:

• Optimizing interviewer response latency to 200ms
• Fine-tuning models to reduce hallucination and increase accuracy
• Scaling system architecture for thousands of concurrent users
• Integrating with customer hiring systems
• Building fast, visual data presentation systems
