Staff Gen AI Engineer

The role offers a unique onboarding approach, starting with a one-week paid trial ($300/day) where you'll work on a structured engineering project, with potential for extension to a 90-day contract and eventual full-time employment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of software engineering experience and a strong foundation in AI-driven development. You'll be expected to balance full-stack responsibilities, optimize developer workflows, and maintain a mindset where AI tools are your primary development companion. Experience with PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server is essential, as is a proven track record of shipping products from scratch.
