Senior Software Engineer, Product

Asana is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Product team in New York City. The role focuses on building features end-to-end that are core to the Asana product, improving work management both within and across teams. The position requires working in a hybrid schedule with Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in-office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Full-stack development to design, build and release new functionalities used by millions of users
• Making consistent contributions to Asana's core product
• Mentoring other engineers through pairing and code reviews
• Owning technical design and execution for medium/large projects
• Partnering with Tech Lead on technical strategy

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience with large codebases
• 1+ years leading complex projects
• Strong judgment in balancing speed with code quality
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
• Passion for productivity and team collaboration
