- Working full-stack to design, build and release new functionalities used by millions of Asana users
- Making consistent contributions to Asana's core product with focus on technical challenges and modeling practices
- Mentoring other engineers through activities like pairing and code reviews
- Owning technical design and execution for medium/large projects
- Partnering with Tech Lead on technical strategy
- Building features end-to-end, from data models to subtle interactions
- Working closely with UI designers and infrastructure team
- Focusing on both large features and smaller daily enhancements
- Creating superior user experience down to smallest details
- Helping team leads and individual contributors plan and execute work
- Supporting senior managers in monitoring complex initiatives
The role is based in NYC with a hybrid schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu in office). The compensation includes:
- Base salary range: $171,000 - $258,000
