Principal Product Engineer - Americas

Our engineering approach emphasizes ownership and agency - you'll own projects end-to-end, from user research to implementation. You'll build reusable components and abstractions that power features like automated interview scheduling and declarative filtering systems.

We have a low-meeting culture focused on thoughtful async communication. Engineers typically spend less than 2 hours per week in meetings. Our tech stack includes TypeScript, Node.js, React, Apollo GraphQL, Postgres, and Redis.

Notable customers like Notion, Linear, Shopify and Snowflake rely on our platform daily. We're growing >100% year over year with tens of millions in ARR and very low churn.
