Software Engineer, Product Engineering - EMEA

Ashby is seeking an ambitious full-stack engineer for their Product Engineering team in EMEA. This role offers a unique blend of early and growth-stage startup environments, combining the agency and autonomy of a seed startup with the stability and impact of a growth-stage company.

As a Product Engineer at Ashby, you'll:

• Own projects end-to-end, from user research to product specs and UX design
• Build powerful, scalable solutions using TypeScript, Node.js, React, Apollo GraphQL, Postgres, and Redis
• Work in a low-meeting culture (< 2h per week) with emphasis on thoughtful communication
• Contribute to core platform components that power features across the entire application
• Collaborate with a team of experienced engineers (90% Senior or above)
