Description For Business Intelligence Engineer, MEDICI

At Audible, a leading producer and provider of audio storytelling, we're seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer for our MEDICI team. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to drive data-driven decision making at the senior leadership level. You'll be instrumental in designing and implementing reporting processes that deliver critical KPIs and business insights across the organization.

As a BI Engineer, you'll transform complex data into clear, actionable narratives that anticipate leadership questions before they're asked. Your responsibilities include designing scalable BI solutions, breaking down high-level metrics into actionable components, and developing impactful visualizations for executive audiences. You'll also serve as a data governance advocate while making insights accessible through efficient, self-service solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of analytical experience, with strong skills in SQL, Excel, and Tableau. You should excel at working cross-functionally, translating business requirements into robust analytical frameworks, and communicating complex insights effectively to both technical and executive audiences. An advanced degree in a quantitative field is required.
