Description For Software Development Engineer

At Audible, a leading producer of audio storytelling, we're seeking a Software Development Engineer to join our Stagg platform engineering group. This role is crucial in building core platforms that support our surface teams across iOS, Android, and Web applications. You'll be part of a team responsible for server-side rendering platforms driving Audible's server-driven UI strategy.

As an SDE, you'll work on developing and maintaining software components that power the world's largest audiobook platform. The role involves writing scalable code, collaborating with stakeholders, and solving moderate-scale technical challenges. You'll be working with modern technologies including Java and JavaScript, while having the opportunity to work with AWS services and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities and experience in full-stack development.
