Senior Security Engineer (m/w/d)

AutoScout24, a leading digital automotive marketplace, is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join their Information Security team in Munich, Germany. The position combines technical leadership with hands-on security engineering, requiring expertise in cloud security, particularly AWS, and modern development practices. As a Senior Security Engineer, you'll lead the design and development of security products, evangelize security best practices, and play a crucial role in incident response as a security incident commander.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of security engineering experience, strong knowledge of attack vectors and defense strategies, and proficiency in programming (preferably Python). You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and various SaaS solutions, while also leveraging AI and GenAI to enhance engineering productivity.
