Bank of America's Global Information Security (GIS) team is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to join their Cyber Security Technology (CST) division. This role focuses on integrating security controls as code within cloud platforms, working with DevOps and engineering teams to protect cloud infrastructure.
The position involves designing and implementing security solutions across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), conducting threat modeling, automating security processes using Infrastructure as Code, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. You'll be responsible for creating scanning rules for Infrastructure as Code deployments and automating the detection and remediation of non-compliant cloud resources.
As a Vice President level position, you'll be expected to demonstrate leadership in cloud security innovation, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive the adoption of security best practices.
