Staff Software Engineer, Frontend

Beacon AI is at the forefront of revolutionizing aviation through AI pilot assistant technology. As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you'll lead the development of innovative frontend interfaces integrated with advanced flight safety systems. The role involves building critical web applications for aviation data interaction and insights, directly impacting flight safety and operational efficiency.

You'll be responsible for leading feature development in React, architecting data integration systems, and handling large-scale data streams. The position requires technical leadership, mentoring team members, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You'll work on implementing UX/UI designs, creating reusable components, and ensuring robust test coverage.

The ideal candidate brings 6-10+ years of frontend expertise, advanced knowledge of JavaScript, React, and TypeScript, and strong leadership abilities.
