You'll be shipping code regularly while serving as a mentor to fellow engineers and contributing to development and product processes.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise with 5+ years of experience, particularly in Ruby on Rails and React/TypeScript development. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and other Software Engineers to own and rapidly iterate on projects. The position requires both technical excellence and leadership qualities, as you'll be expected to mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions.
