Responsibilities For Principal Engineer - Security ML Developer
- Architect and implement robust malware detection pipelines and scalable API services
- Develop and optimize advanced malware detection algorithms
- Create and enhance static analysis tools for malware detection
- Lead the productization and deployment of detection components
- Design and implement high-performance, distributed data processing pipelines
- Optimize and evaluate detection performance using Elasticsearch and Kibana
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across engineering teams
- Participate in weekly sync-up meetings and sprint planning
- Self-manage and self-prioritize work based on team objectives
- Collaborate with distributed team across US and Europe
Requirements For Principal Engineer - Security ML Developer
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science and 12+ years of related experience or Masters degree in engineering/computer science and 10+ years of related experience
- Expertise in Python and SQL
- Knowledge of C/C++ and PE/ELF file formats
- Understanding of Assembly language
- Experience with Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, and Helm
- In-depth understanding of networking protocols (VPN, TCP/UDP, HTTP)
- Knowledge of exploitation techniques, YARA rule development
- Experience with machine learning classification models
- Familiarity with Apache Beam
- Experience with Elasticsearch and Kibana
