Senior / Staff NPI Engineer

Broadcom is seeking a Senior / Staff NPI Engineer to join their team. The role involves leading cross-functional new process teams in driving yield improvement, cost optimization, and meeting customer expectations. Key responsibilities include collaborating with R&D during product development, defining and developing PFMEA, taking proactive measures to prevent manufacturing & quality issues, exploring opportunities for yield and product margin improvement, performing product data analysis using Six Sigma concepts, and developing tests for electrical characterization.

The ideal candidate should have a BSc, MSc, or PhD in Engineering (Electronics) with more than 8 years of working experience in new product engineering and/or test development. Strong background in interpreting electronic circuit diagrams and understanding RF electronic components is an advantage. The role requires self-motivation, strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, and the ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with ADS, JMP, Python, project management, and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, pyTorch, Scikit-learn) is beneficial. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data science, statistics, and familiarity with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools are essential. Excellent communication skills in English are required.
