Broadcom's Central Engineering Group is seeking a Standard Cell Library Design Engineer to join their team in Singapore. This role is part of the foundation IP team that powers Broadcom's leading silicon product families.
The position involves working at the intersection of hardware and software engineering, focusing on the design and development of standard cell libraries at the transistor level. You'll be responsible for simulating and analyzing circuit designs, generating and verifying library EDA models, and ensuring quality through regression testing.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in Electrical or Computer Engineering who has experience with digital or mixed-signal circuit design. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FinFet and RibbonFet/GAA process nodes, along with expertise in industry-standard EDA models and tools.
