Responsibilities For Site Reliability Engineer

  • Demonstrating working of customer sites, from Infrastructure through to applications
  • Creating end to end automation to deploy a customer sites
  • Completing AWS (or other cloud) certification
  • Ensuring service request SLAs are met

Requirements For Site Reliability Engineer

  • 4-5 years experience in cloud based rapid delivery environment
  • Experience with high level programming language, preferably Python
  • Experience automating systems engineering tasks
  • Experience in fast-paced SRE or Production Support engineering teams
  • Experience building metrics and monitoring platforms
  • Strong analytical ability with data driven decisions
  • Experience working in managed services environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Understanding of Engineering, DevOps and cloud computing
  • Experience with containerized applications and serverless functions
  • GitHub and CI/CD tools experience
  • Experience in high SLA environments
  • Computer Science, Engineering or Sciences degree or equivalent
  • Must work night shift supporting US clients
